Our goal is to ensure you find the perfect fit for your babywearing journey while providing a seamless exchange experience.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Print Your Label

Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your Tula carrier.

Ship the Package

Drop off your return at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the item is sent back within 14 days of receiving your label.

Receive Refund or Credit

After our warehouse inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or your new exchange will be shipped out.
